Celebrities share their favourite childhood memories with their mothers in honour of Mother’s Day.
The term “mother” describe our life. Our lives are shaped by our mothers. They serve as our compass. We are nothing without our mothers. She has guided us through all that has helped us learn and develop in our lives since we were children. Celebrities recall their favourite childhood moments with their mothers. They also discuss the one gift they would like to give their mothers.
Meera Deosthale :
I used to compete in a variety of events while I was in school. My mother used to prepare me for everything, teach me, and reward me with trophies. No one but my mother was permitted to scold me or raise a voice when I misbehaved or made some mistakes. In her own sweet way, she would teach me a lesson.
Sidharrth Sipani :
I wanted a really expensive toy as a kid, but we couldn’t afford it at the time. But, being a stubborn kid, I insisted on having the toy brought to me by my mother. As a result, Mum had to ask Dad to get the toy for her. I recall waiting for my mother to return from the market and being overjoyed when she presented me with the gift. But as I grew older, I realised my error.
Kant Priyamvada:
My mother used to keep me occupied with paints and brushes as she worked on her massive sculptures when I was a child. I still recall her teaching me to dance and assisting me in all of my school plays and functions.
Paal Nibeditaa:
I’ve always been a family person, and I’ve always had a close relationship with my mother. I recall going to Rotorua with her as a child, as well as several other New Zealand vacations. Every time, we had a great time. I don’t believe any gift will ever be adequate or comparable to her worth! Although, like me, she is a foodie. This Mother’s Day, I’d like to prepare some delicious food for her.
Binny Sneh:
It’s difficult to choose only one memorable event or memory. But yeah, mom is hilarious; she forgets what she said at times, and she forgets where she keeps stuff, so the whole family is constantly searching for things around the house when she can’t find anything, and we all end up laughing because she usually keeps it in the wrong spot. She’s incredibly attractive. One gift is insufficient for her; she receives whatever she desires. Mom enjoys dark chocolate, but she’s on a diet and won’t allow anyone to bring it home because she’ll eat it all. As a result, I can send her a large quantity of her favourite chocolates. My return gift will be the smile on her face.
Solanki Anupama:
My favourite childhood memory is of my mother unexpectedly showing up at my school, where I was not in my classroom at the time, and she began searching for me. Unfortunately, she discovered me practising dance on stage and scolded both me and my dance teacher.
Phougat Anjali:
I am very fortunate to have two mothers, one of whom gave birth to me and the other of whom adores me as if she were her own daughter. My mother and mother-in-law are both role models for me, and they have always been supportive of me. I’m in an inter-caste marriage, and I’ve always felt as if I had a mother-in-law who adored me as if I were her own daughter. She is a positive woman who has always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. Now that I am a woman, I recognise the importance of our mothers in our lives. When you become a mother, you do gain a better understanding of mothers’ love. I miss both of my mothers and can’t wait to see them when things in India improve. I pray for their wellbeing this Mother’s Day and every day because it’s difficult for me to give each of them only one day or one gift.
Hasan Zaidi:
There are so many memories to choose from, but she did drive the car very quickly. I am fortunate to have her unconditional love in my life. Ammi is everyone’s favourite, and I’m the luckiest to have her.
Gupta Prajwal:
My friends and I once went to the dam without telling my parents. When they couldn’t locate me anywhere, they filed a missing person case. My mother was angry when I returned and beat me, but she was also crying. That day, I realised both her love and my error. I’m not sure what I’m going to get her after all she’s done for me. On my mother’s behalf, I want to purchase a home in Mumbai. When that happens, I’m sure both of my parents will be ecstatic.
Bhatia Rahul:
My mother always encouraged me to pursue my talent and dream of becoming an artist, while my father, a businessman, was adamantly opposed to my artistic interests. My mother secretly gave me Rs 3300 so that I could enrol in Shiamak Davar’s classes, where I began my journey. I consider myself very fortunate that my mother was there to comfort me on that particular day. I decided to get her a Mercedes Benz but I don’t think its possible this year.
Hrishikesh Pandey :
I just had one gift in mind for her: a pair of gold bangles of a particular style that she had requested for herself. I wanted to send it to her right before the lockdown started, but the bangles weren’t ready yet. But, eventually, we received it, and she adored it.
Daga Mohit:
I recall her bribing us by telling us, “Learn this shloka, and then I’ll give you Rs 5 for ice cream.” She wished to instil in us a sense of commitment to our faith and Guruji.
