Summer has arrived in full force. As the temperature rises, we sweat even more, and our bodies lose a lot of water. Energy is lost as a result of dehydration. Both at home and at work, the oppressive heat makes you feel sticky. Here are some of the things celebrities do to fight the heat and keep calm.

Kumeria Vijayendra:-
To stay hydrated, I drink a lot of water during the day. My day begins with coconut water, and if I’m shooting in the sun in the afternoon, I make sure to drink a glass of buttermilk.

Irani Delnaaz:-
The only things that keep me cool during the summer are mint leaves, cinnamon sticks, lime, and cold water.

Aniruddh Dave:-
When I’m firing, I keep an eye on my electrolyte level. During the season, I drink a lot of electrolyte water and nimbu paani. Keeping our bodies hydrated is important. People are avoiding eating and drinking something cold these days due to Covid-19. You must consume plenty of water. Coconut water is an excellent option. You should also consume fruits like watermelon and muskmelon. Curd and buttermilk are both tasty. It’s also a good idea to practise sattu. It is extremely beneficial to your health.

Aarvika Gupta :-
It’s either hot or too hot in Mumbai. The heat is currently bearable, but it will soon become unbearable. The most important thing is to stay hydrated. Keep yourself as hydrated as possible by drinking as much water as you can. I often drink nimbu paani, lassi, chaas, and cold coffee in addition to water.

Nivedita Basu :-
My sister and I frequently visit Keventers in Delhi during this season. Unfortunately, we are unable to visit any Keventers here as well. Hershey’s chocolate milkshake is now my go-to treat.

Gupta Prajwal :-
The majority of my summers are spent eating aamras. Mangoes are one of my favourite fruits. Smoothies, dips, mocktails, custard, and other desserts are all favourites of mine. And, of course, I consume copious amounts of water.

Soni Chandni:-
Lassi is without a doubt my favourite summer cocktail. I have them on a regular basis.

Johri Ashish:-
Coconut water is my preferred beverage. It is the most energy-dense and nutrient-dense food available.

Nibedita paal :-
Over the season, coconut water is my go-to beverage.

Sidharrth Sipani :- hydration is so important, I drink a lot of water. My other two summer favourites are coconut water and watermelon juice.

Kant Priyamvada:-
During the season, I swear by coconut water. It is a regular part of my diet.

Mishra Amit:-
Since my first day in Mumbai, I’ve been a coconut fanatic. ‘Paradise doesn’t actually have a designated mascot, but if it did, a coconut would be it,’ I read somewhere and totally agree with. Coconut water is a nutrient-dense beverage that is ideal for the summer.

Nikkiey Chawla :-
Summers are my least favourite season because of the hot weather and how it affects my skin. But I enjoy the season because it allows me to wear shorts. I enjoy a variety of cold beverages. In the summer, particularly in Mumbai, I make a point of drinking nimbu paani with salt and black pepper. I enjoy drinking Kokum ka sharbet as well. You can get pure Kokum sharbet while visiting Lonavala. I even make a fantastic fusion drink with Roohafza and lemon.

Gupta Nitin Kumar:-
I still keep two mason jars of lemonade (nimbu pani) in the freezer. I take one out if I’m thirsty or overheated and start sipping. It’s frozen and difficult to drink, but it cools you down quickly! For fast hydration, I keep dozens of diet coke cans in the fridge.
