Film Review: All in all film, “Dream Girl” a Rom Com film can be watched without fail.

Story-Film “Dream Girl” is out and out Bollywood rom-com, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa,- stars Ayushmann Khurrana who plays the `         Dream Girl’. In every love story, there is always one trying to win the heart of the other. Here arrives Pooja who becomes the `Dream Girl’.  showcases the knack of trying to win the heart of your beloved ….Its comedy of errors   set against the back drop of Mathura. .… The mesmerising voice of Pooja entices male and female as well, especially the ones who are lonely and are in the quest of finding a companion who can talk to them whenever they look for it. Slowly and gradually how every individual   falls in love with the luvvy -duvvy talks of Pooja forms the crux of the story.Will,’ Dream Girl”  win the hearts of the audiences ?And will the comical situations force the audiences to experience laughter?? …… To know how and why Ayushman Khurana turns into Pooja? What was he doing before donning the character of Pooja? To solve all these queries the audiences need to go ahead watch and experience it themselves.

Direction-Director Raaj Shaandilyaa- debuts as director with this film,” Dream Girl.” Having written the script himself he successfully portrays it onto the celluloid very effortlessly. Raaj Shaandilyaa has meticulously revealed the real Pooja in the climax scene. Without an iota of doubt ,the direction of Raaj Shaandilyaa is not only praise worthy but he deserves a pat on his back for bringing all the characters together revealing the real identity of Pooja in the presence of all her lovers who are looking forward to marry her.

Producers– Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, Nachiket Pantvaidya are brave producers who have the guts to bring such wonderful concept for the first time  to the society where people living together  in a family, owing to  lack of proper family bonding are forced to find companionship  in a sweet phone talker .A unique concept for sure.

Cast & Credits performances- With a strong ensemble cast –Ayushman Khurana playing the male  lead as the ,”Dream Girl” named Pooja as usual has exhibited wonderful act in every single frame.Ayushman always chooses such tabooed subjects which are untapped, fresh and new topics . He loves to go through new trial and tribulations merely because he is not at all a insecure actor.Ayushman has slowly and gradually become the favourite actor of all the directors and producers who also has a huge fan following. With every film he not only performs exuberantly but enables all his co actors also to give their best.

 Nushrat Bharucha, plays the female lead. She does not have much to do but its fine to have a beautiful female actor seen trotting around with her huge heels.

 Anu Kapoor– Needless to state, whenever Anu Kapoor is on the screen he attracts the attention of every viewer with his impactful performances.  

Actor Vijya Raaj – is another brilliant performer and has done his best while Abhishekh Banerjee and Manjot Singh has ably supported everyone with their influential and necessary act.

Editing/Cinematography is just fine. Fast paced editing and capturing the scenes competently the editor and Cinematogrpahy too need a special mention for their good job.

Screenplay /writing/dialogues– Common Jokes have been presented rightly at the right situation making the story more intrigue and meaningful. Screenplay– Just seemed to be a little weak. The graph was at times noted to be at Highs while at times it was noted to be at a low.
