Avinash Mukherjee, who plays the lead in Sasural Simar Ka 2, is a stunning young man whose weight loss journey is truly remarkable. He lost 16 kg in just eight months and also wrote a book about his weight loss journey. He claims that there was a time in his life when he didn’t like how he looked in the mirror, and that if you like yourself in the mirror, others would like you as well.
When he appeared on the show “Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki,” the actor was subjected to body shaming. He weighed about 86kgs at the time, but within eight months he had dropped to 70kgs. “I was doing a show called “Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki,” I was 14 or 15 at the time,” he said, sharing his inspiring journey.

I might eat fast food every day and still get away with it at the time. I’ve always been tall, so I was about 5’11” when I was 15, and the weight wasn’t really noticeable. But then I realised that my extra weight shouldn’t be noticeable where I want to work.”

“I know there’s nothing wrong with it,” he says, “but I didn’t like how I looked in the mirror.” Others would like you more if you like yourself in the mirror. This is what I believe: the universe simply responds to your thoughts. “I went from 5’11” to 6 feet in eight months, and my weight went from 86 kgs to 70 kgs,” he said.

The “Balika Vadhu” actor used to drink milk and Bournvita every morning, but when he gave up sugar, he also gave up this habit. “As a child, I used to have this habit of drinking milk with Bournvita and four spoons of sugar, which my grandfather used to stir until the sugar and Bournvita dissolved,” he said. It became a lifelong habit for me, and I kept it as my morning routine from kindergarten to tenth and eleventh grades. However, if you want to do anything, you must give up some habits, so I had to give up sugar. Soon after, I realised that if I have the willpower to avoid sugar, why should I avoid chocolates as well? If I’m in it, let’s go all out. I lost a month’s worth of weight in the first month alone.

During the lockdown, he said he shared his diet and cheat meal “My cheat meals are usually on Sundays, when I have pizza or burgers, but the rest of the week, I sleep around 5 or 6 a.m., get up by 2 p.m., and eat lunch around 5 p.m. Paneer, roti, and dal for lunch, followed by black coffee in the evening. After that, I’ve got chana, bread butter, and poached eggs on the menu. And, after my workout, I have protein shakes or, if I’m not in the mood for them, a bowl of chana. Instead of a protein drink, my father suggests chana. Then, at 12 or 1 a.m., I eat my dinner, which consists of chicken or any vegetables, dal, rajma, or any other protein-rich dish.”

How about a fitness plan? “I try to exercise every other day, so three to four times a week, and on those days I like to exercise properly for 45 minutes to an hour,” he said. The actor believes that both physical and mental health are significant, and that people should work to stay in shape. “Both physical and mental health are important. Mental health is such a significant problem, particularly in today’s generation, but I believe it is critical to keep both things in balance. Both stuff, in my opinion, go hand in hand at the same time “he said

I’m looking for some weight-loss tips. Only three suggestions: First, let go of whatever it is that you are fascinated with. Second, walk as much as possible.
