4 min readChoreographer Bosco Martis whose recent song in film War, Ghughroo tut gaye was successful and reached on top of the musical chart buster. Bosco has not signed any films as Chorographer merely because he was working on his debut directional film. Confirming about his directorial debut which was to go on floors on the 18th of March, 2020 “debut film was going to start with Zee. They have not made the announcement until now. It is a dance horror comedy. But alas! With the Global Pandemic break down and announcement of Lock down they [Zee] could not announce the Muhurat of this untitled film…”Says Bosco.
The untitled debut film of Bosco with huge set has gone on a pause,” We had erected a set in the film city Mumbai and were supposed to start shooting from 18th March, 2020.Its a proper huge set. Zee had decided to make a proper title announcement which they have discussed internally so they were going to also make announcements with cast and crew along with the title on the 17th March,2020.So they have requested me to not to reveal anything. However, we have taken all fresh new faces mostly. We are hopeful within 3 or 4 months we can make proper annoucments. The almighty God will surely help us move ahead with this project I am sure.
Adding more about the future of this untitled film he adds, “Now wait and watch is the game… Because we are in the lock down situation .Nobody has clue what’s going to happen? It’s very tough times. Even after the lock down opens there are many queries- how does one be safe in this conditions that we are facing? Also how will we have to go about? It’s going to be challenging.”
Having worked with well known bollywood actors Bosco says, “My story is the star. My film is not star driven so I went with absolutely fresh and new faces. Stars have their own commitments. They have their own way of choosing their scripts. In this film the script is the star. I really didn’t see the need of having a star. Everything drives around them and we have to move around them .The Zee studious believed in my vision and believed in my story they said, Karte hai Yaar. It’s a story written and to be directed by me” Concludes Bosco.
