She can be soft, smart, sassy, and a little messy at times, but that’s the beauty of her character, and she nails it. In Rajan Shahi’s “Anupamaa,” Madalsa Sharma’s depiction of Kavya has made the audience love to hate her. And she promises that her reel avatar will always surprise them.
When asked where she gets her ideas for her character, she said, “After hearing the role for the first time, I’ve learned and understood a lot about Kavya as an actor. Every day, I feel like there’s so much to take in and comprehend. I just think about how ‘Kavya,’ being ‘Kavya,’ will respond to the situation and deliver as a result.”
“As Kavya, I am able to portray a wide range of emotions. When I read the scenes, I get the impression that there’s so much more to Kavya in each one, so much to prove, so much to play, and so much to deliver. As an actress, it’s a gift to be cast in a role that allows you to do something new and surprising in each episode “she continued.
It’s not only the different emotions she expresses on screen that distinguishes her character; it’s also her glamorous design. “The audience adores my look on the show, and I’m grateful to our stylists and creatives for putting so much effort into each of my looks.” When it comes to a character’s appearance, it plays a crucial role in defining his or her personality. “Our team did a fantastic job on my look, and I even throw in a few suggestions now and then,” Madalsa said.
The audience saw in the most recent episode of the show that Vanraj wants to call off his divorce from Anupamaa because she is sick. Kavya was taken aback when she heard this and began arguing with him.
When we were talking about it, she said, “Kavya is currently devastated by all that is going on in her life, but the best thing about her character is that she expects the unexpected. The way Kavya responds to any scenario is so different from what people would expect, and it makes me feel incredible as an actor to be able to convey such a wide range of emotions.”
