Famed for Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah According to reports, Bhavya Gandhi’s father died as a result of COVID-19-related complications.
2 min readThe COVID-19 epidemic has claimed many precious lives in the entertainment industry, with TV actor Bhavya Gandhi’s father becoming the most recent victim of the deadly virus. Bhavya, who is best known for her role as Tapu on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has yet to confirm the sad news on social media or otherwise.
According to news in the newspapers, the actor’s father was on ventilator support and had been battling the virus for more than ten days. Although little is known about his death date or when he tested positive, media reports say that Bhavya’s father has gone to his heavenly home.
He is survived by his two sons, Bhavya Gandhi and Nischit, as well as his wife, Yashoda. Vinod Gandhi, the actor’s father, was said to be in the construction industry.
The actor has been a part of the sitcom since its inception, and fans have seen him portray the role of a notorious boy who loved cricket but more importantly, his Gokuldam Society. Following Bhavya’s departure from the show, Raj Anadkat took over and has been doing an excellent job.
