“I am missing my ma ke haath ka Rajma Chawal,” Sourabh Raaj Jain says of missing home food in Capetown.

Sourabh Raaj Jain, who is currently shooting Khatron Ke Khiladi in Capetown, is missing ‘Ghar Ka Khana’ a lot.

Although there has been a strong spread of Indian food on set to satisfy Sourabh’s homefood cravings, nothing beats the parathas and choley that he makes at home, which he is craving right now.

“I’m missing my ghar ka khaana a lot.” It’s difficult for someone like me, who prefers home cooked food to some other food from outside, to work somewhere that I won’t be able to eat at home.While the production team makes every effort to provide Indian food at all times, the flavour of the food changes as the locations we visit change. Fortunately, Arjun Bijlani brought besan and aatey ka laddoo with him, which I get to enjoy every now and then,” says Sourabh.

Not only has Sourabh been missing basic Indian khana, but he’s also thinking about his mother’s favourite dishes. “I miss my ma’s rajma chawal, choley chawal, various stuffed paranthas, and all that she prepares,” he says. I can’t wait to eat all of my favourite foods that she so lovingly prepares.”
