Saurabh Prajapati is a known choreographer who has worked for various music albums, advertisements, Bigg Boss finale, Femina Miss India and many other award shows.
Celeb Mode had an exclusive interview with him regarding his journey of life and what are his future plans
Being choreographer what challenges did you had to face?
It depends upon the kind of work I am doing. Everything has a different perspective, if I am shooting then I am more focused on direction kind of thing. When I am working on stage shows then I am more of stage vibes so it depends upon what the project is.
What difference do you feel?
If you are shooting for a music video it’s more you have to focus on-camera work. You have one more option if the artist is not doing well you can cut or do twice or thrice. When you have an award show you don’t have any option. You need to make them perform they are life, it’s kind of challenging and it’s exciting as well. Doing a music video is more challenging than any other thing.
Say something about your bond with Arjun Kunango?
We are kind of more friends like brothers you can say. I know him for the last few months. He came to perform in a show Femina Miss India where I was a choreographer, that’s how we met. Then he contacted me for a music video.
Do you follow Bigg Boss?
Honestly, I don’t follow Bigg Boss but I used to be in the house to choreograph them for the finale act from 2015 till 2018.
Would you like to go in the Bigg Boss House as a contestant?
I have been there many times but as a contestant… I am the kind of person who can’t live without a phone. It’s kind of different experience and the reason why would it not be difficult is that I have there in the house for 40 hours to teach them. So, I know the vibe, I know how it feels when you don’t have your phone and you don’t have anything, pin-drop silence, no contact or no connection. I don’t know, I will see if they offer me.
What’s your take on Bigg Boss 13?
I am not following this season, but from, last season Shrishant was someone whom I used to support.
What are your future projects?
I am a performer, I perform, I choreograph music videos, award shows, ad shoots. So, it is different from the need for performance.
What message would you like to give to the people who follow you?
Just follow your heart, when I started my journey you have a lot of time, but I wanted to do it now. Even if you are 25, 28, 30 I feel that age is just a number. If you know what you have to do then age does not matter.
