The entertainment industry, among others, has been severely impacted, with numerous filming locations, particularly in television, being relocated outside of Mumbai. Actor Vijayendra Kumeria, who is now filming Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha with Amir Jaffar and Sonali Jaffar, is also concerned.

“The administration is doing everything it can to address the situation and has established safety rules that must be followed. However, the number of incidents continues to rise since some of us continue to take things for granted. “Attempting to shoot in such a way as to delight the audience and to employ persons linked with the performance. Many television series are in the process of developing episode banks. We tried our hardest as well, but it’s quite difficult when you’re performing a daily soap. As a result, creating a bank of more than 3-4 episodes is a dream come true, and we must continue shooting,” he says.

“But, as performers, we’re doing our best to assist them relax their minds in such stressful times,” says Kumeria, who isn’t afraid to go outside in these pandemic times. “The performance must go on,” he believes. “Producer team Amir and Sonali Jaffar are good producers, and the show’s material is great,” he continues.

Kumeria is taking extra precautions in terms of hygiene, food choices, and so on. “Everyone is masked up, sanitisation is up to par, and social distancing is practised. That’s all we’re supposed to do, and that’s exactly what I’m doing. As a member of the team, I must keep myself safe while also considering how I may assist others. That is what I am concentrating on,” he says.
