Anyone who is a television show lover, knows these two love birds from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Well we are talking about none other than, Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi. They are seen playing the lead roles in the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Much to the shock of the fans, now we have come to know that their journey in the show will finally come to an end.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most popular television shows. Shivangi and Mohsin joined the show, which started in 2009, in 2016, and soon became a hit jodi. This adorable pair ( Fans call them Shivin) has won over the hearts of the audience and enjoys a crazy huge fan following. Their chemistry both onscreen and off screen is something we cherish!
What is happening in the story?
Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi are seen playing the lead roles in the show. They are seen as Kartik and Sirat respectively. Shivangi also played the role of Naira, Kartik’s first wife. She is immensely talented and is pulling off another role in the same show with much ease. Post the death of Naira, Kartik has moved on in life with his family after marrying Sirat.
However, now there’s a sad piece of news for the fans of this onscreen pair. Rumours of Mohsin leaving the show came first. Fans urged Shivangi to leave as well. Then there were reports about the duo leaving the show. According to the latest report, they are indeed leaving the show. A source had mentioned :
“Shivangi and Mohsin will be making an exit from the show by October first week and new actors will join in. The makers have already done a lot of experiments with their characters and now, want to start a new storyline. Hence, the decision has been made.”
Although there was no confirmation, now the decision has been taken by the makers and the actors have been informed about the development. And they will be shooting their last day by end of this month and new faces will take over the show going ahead.
